Cragg Built Properties is owned and operated by Peter Cragg, Rory Cragg, and Trevor Cragg.
The Cragg family have been residents of West Vancouver for over two generations. Peter Cragg began developing homes on the North Shore nearly 40 years ago, and in 2002 he welcomed his two sons into the industry.
Together they have built a business based on integrity, knowledge, and expertise.
Their personal ties to the North Shore has generated a portfolio of projects that reflect the 'coastal character' of West + North Vancouver. Their complete understanding of architectural design/building process has opened innumerable doors to families on this breathtaking coast. With their thoughtful, creative designs there are now hundreds of families living in comfort and style, much like the energy of their beautiful city, Vancouver.
